Value for money device.. Built quality is good for the price.1)DPI is decent enough for screen size. Viewing angles are so so. But what u expect from a non IPS tn panel. Colours are OK. Overall display is good fr its price nd platform2) battery life is again enough for days moderate usage.. Unless u plan to play high end games on its 4inch screen I got 5 hours screen on time3) no hanging issues as such unless u forget tht device has 1gb of ram out of which we get around 260mb free on first boot. (So having many apps installed in background will definitely slow the device.. Don't expect 3gb ram performance from 1gb device) therefore if u keep limited apps the phone runs like a breeze4) audio output via 3.5 mm jack is decent for driving headphones. In fact better than many phones in price bracket above it.5) charging takes around 3 hours from 0 to 100 no major heating as reported by few reviews here.6) processor is a spreadtrum based device. This family of cpu is found in many budget devices. Graphics are rendered by Mali 400 mp GPU which shares around 128mb (fixed) ram with system hence some ppl report ram at around 877 mb. Just to clear the ram is indeed 1gb as claimed7) internal memory as stated is 8gb usable by user is around 4.37 GB.. But memory card can be formatted as internal storage. Therefore should not be a major issue unless u plan on installing heavy games8) 4g signal reception quality is above average. Even WiFi range is better than my few branded phones. Bluetooth implementation is also fine9) audio via speaker is OK not too basey not tinny too. But loud nd clear enuf.10) front nd rear cams are OK for the price. With good enuf light the pics are OK for mp its claimed for11) overall a good device. Nd yes one card can operate at 4g other switches to 2g. Totally bad product I can't expect that it would be happened I trust intex brand but this phone is not perfect for me even for u all also b cuz the mobile back pannelnis getting heat very much and the camera lenses side also get heat even if u r charging ur mobile then also its heats a lot and this mobile is so hanging even when I trying to write something via keyboard then its hang a lot and when I m opening my YouTube and when I open the description n then I m trying to tap on the links but no response I got ,and the camera is totally bad its seems that it is of 2mp reat worst camera but front camera is good allright,I return this phone, the intx should be take care of thus natter I suppose😠

(1) Jan-2018** Purchased for a good price (Rs.2999/-)** Browsing has been fine** Working in DocsToGo has also been good** Picture quality from both Cameras (front/back) is fine.** Battery takes around 3hrs to charge to fullOther observations!! Now and then, the Phone goes Silent on its own. It has to be Re-Started; only then audio (ringtones/alarms/music) is heard.!! Touch response is sometimes delayed by seconds!! At times, it takes a second or two to respond when turned On after the Display is sleeping!! Incoming SMS does not wake the Screen(2) May-2018!! The phone has been going Off at will. (I was about to Google something in Chrome, and the phone just restarted on it's own. This is the 3rd instance of such auto-restarting). Seems like the Memory can't handle multi-tasking every time.(3) June-2018!! When kept for charging, and is fully charged (100%), i disconnect the charger and it suddenly shows 97%!! Phone has switched-off on its own 2 more times while Browsing with Mobile Data (Chrome Browser)** Allows smooth installation of New APPs, though (Still 3 Stars***)*** still a Good Basic Phone for the price (hope it pulls atleast for a year)(4) July August 2018!!! Charging issues. After plugging in the Charger, the phone wouldn't charge. Then it would at times, after Restarting the phone.!!! Maximum Charge % dropped from 95% to 85%. (Phone wouldn't hold Battery charge more than 85%)Showed it to a mechanicPhone Software problem! Contacted Amazon!Amazon directed us to the INTEX Service Centre. It was around 3.5 km away for us.(5) September-2018!! Phone stops charging. Had it taken to the INTEX Service Centre.The Software was reloaded. (Took around 30 mins of waiting. No Fee was charged!)** So far so good!** Phone charged to Full (100%). Charge didn't drop as it used to (thank God!)

Have been using it for several weeks now. Initially I had issues of USB teethering / GPRS and also ringtones, etc. with it. But with the help of tech friends, was able to solve most of the problems. The remaining issue is that the SMS organiser does not display messages/missed calls, nor does it give audio confirmation. Had this not been an issue, it would have been a 5 star PLUS rating.

I bought it for my parents but it started giving issues after 6 months. After keeping 4 weeks in service center, Intex service center returned it and said it can not be fix now. However got a call from Intex head office and assured to fix it.. lets see how it goes now. The product is not worth buying but Intex service is good. They treated this issue personal and called me and resolved it.

For the price the phone is good enough. You can't expect everything to be awesome at this cheap of a price. The screen is Ok not that good and not that bad too. It's fine for watching videos and photos. The camera is just enough to click pics and isn't anything great. The software is almost stock Android and is easy to use. The performance is fine and day to day tasks can be done easily without hassle. The body is fully plastic. The carbon fiber finish gives it a good look. Overall a good one for the price!
