Unsatisfactory
Connectivity is easy to set up, bit very unreliable...constantly loses function and you will have to reset it. In the middle of game you will lose connectivity and will have to plug and unplug it.

Will not connect ps5 controller to ps4. Instructions useless.

Minor disconnection issues.
Plug and play into my computer. Was able t pair my PS4 controller with no issue and start a few games on steam with no lag like you can sometimes get with Bluetooth. But I found that sometimes the controller would disconnect in the middle of playing the games. I chalked it up to a low battery but after charging I had it happen again to me. Plugged the dongle into another USB port and have not seen it since. Don't know if this a computer issue or the dongle doing it, so I added it to the review.
