Product is good but calibration technique is difficult and document is not clear for calibration. Example: With the given samples I checked alkaline water PH level then in another glass checked acidic water PH level and during this I did calibration. Now problem is, when I again check alkaline water PH level, it is different. Small difference can be acceptable but there is 2-3 point difference.

It's showing wrong reading, for water showing 1.9 and for milk 3. Even for highly alkaline water showing 3.5.It's not worth to spend money.I have received today and raised request for return today itself.Hope they will take faulty products back.I am still looking for good quality PH metre for home use

Unlike TDS meter, Ph meter is not ready to use device. It needs to be calibrated for the first use and also frequently to get the accurate results. The calibration process requires two sachets getting free with device later to be purchased additionally. If you are frequent user of the device, definitely good choice. For RO water testing, not much usage. As water from all ro water purifiers is slightly acidic and constant value. Use alkaline cartridge to fix it.

The pH meter is good and easy to use but it's initial calibration is tricky. One has to be careful with the pH powder provided with the meter. I have used deionized water to calibrate. But deionized water is available only in 5 litre plastic can which costs about 200-300 Rs. Without correct calibration, the meter will give you a wrong reading. One can search You Tube for calibration tutorial.

The bulb in the indicator broke within 10 days and we did not even realise it. Not sure if it mixed with the cheese. Had to throw the batch of cheese when we realized the bulb was broken.Not able to replace bulb. Its almost like a use and throw.

Good results for ph value

Good Product. Tested and compared with JBL solution result ,it giving perfect result. But there is no more clarity on customer care service. No information the procedure for calibration.Where to get the calibration solution. No screwdriver provided with Item.
