an attactive addition to my kitchen
I am very happy with this little skillet. I wasn’t shopping for one, but while “window shopping” on Amazon, this caught my eye. It is so pretty, leaving it on the stove top every day like I did my old one really looks nice. In addition to cooking a fried egg each morning, I sometimes cook a small steak for dinner. Following the instructions, I take care to not overheat the skillet. I use a directional thermometer (it points a beam at the surface) to make sure I keep it under 200 degrees. That is about the only “special care” I have to give it. I highly recommend this skillet.

The best ceramic product on the market
Great for eggs and small tasks I didn’t even have to use oil butter or nonstick spray to make my eggs and they flip over easily

Easy to clean, NOTHING sticks to it
Fantastic little frying pan. We just love it. NOTHING sticks to it. Can rinse and dry after use. We tried it, liked it, and bought a 10” to go with it. They are heavy and the front handle gets HOT! It will burn you if you try to use it while it’s hot. Recommend products and seller!
