This is nothing more that a now-working concoction of ingredients designed to fool the purchaser. Snake oil. It fooled me because like you I'm looking for help. But be wiser than me, don't buy this.

I didn’t have much confidence in this, but gave it a try. The first night I used a patch I slept well! Cute little patches that stick well.

I placed the patch on the inside of my forearm, turned in about an hour after, and NOTHING. Not even slightly tired. After several hours of waiting for the ingredients to kick in, I took a CBD gummie and finally went to sleep. VERY disappointed. I'll try one on my foot tonight, but have very low expectation this will work.

You will be knocked out in minutes using these patches. Sleep quality is great and you don’t wake up groggy just refreshed. Love the chamomile ingredients and it’s great value. Very easy to use just peel and stick on your body. Quality is great.

Didn't do anything in fact I was up all night! Can't return this is a total waste of money and Amazon is allowing these people to get money without accountability

Package does not show list of ingredients, ie: amount of melatonin and all other ingredients… since it is not returnable… guess you take your chances or throw it in the garbage ?? What is this policy about??

Does not work. I tried with one patch and nothing, I tried with two patches and nothing. I send three and not even a yawn. It’s garbage and you can’t return it 😡
