I purchased the AUTOWIZ OBD device nearly one year ago from AMAZON India. I am happy to say that its working great . As I live in Patna , Bihar and work in the field of aviation with long and odd hours at the airport ,hence, my car is chauffeur driven . This device keeps me up to date with location of my car throughout the day .Some pros:-1) very easy to install , it can be installed in minutes .2) it does not put too much load on car batteries3) The app used to track the car is available for both iOS and Android ( I am iOs user) , note- the iOS version is offered by very few of such companies .4)tracking is accurate , I can locate my car with ease in parking lot or lanes at the airport and malls5)Gives warnings of overspending and sudden braking in real time (very important for me for the safety of my family )6). quick delivery by Amazon :)7) Best Customer service I have ever recieved - kudos to the AUTOWIZ team , I had some issues few days back with the network coverage in Patna . They(Autowiz) solved the issue and were very patient with me ( I used to take a lot of time in implementing the solutions they offered ) . Not only they helped in diagnosing the problem but also contacted the local VODAFONE TEAM as well for help . A very thanks to the VOADFONE Team,Patna to visit and help me out with the issue . They (AUTOWIZ) also sent me a consignment of a new SIM of a different network provider for better coverage in BIHAR .DTDC didn't deliver me my consignment and fraudulently updated it as delivered. Even the customer care of DTDC didn't help me out . However , again the AUTOWIZ team helped me via DTDC Bangalore office to catch the culprit and get my consignment back . Thanks AUTOWIZ :)Few Cons-1)it uses a Vodafone sim as default , (if you don't get robust signal of Vodafone/idea in your city like mine (Patna) , you may not be able to track your car accurately . But Autowiz team will replace it with other network sim if you ask them to .)2) No web tracking option as of now , tracking via app only . (The app to track my car is installed on two smartphones at my home.)3) a significant annual fee - for the excellent customer service they offer , I am happy to pay the price/renewal fee .Over the years I have come to understand that customer service is the foundation of a great company/start up . Lot many start ups/ companies ignore it now days .Hence ,If you are concerned of the cost and annual subscription fee then please chose some other car tracker ( and pray to god that it does't malfunction). However , if you want great customer service (I got immediate help in case of issues with my device ) with a good and durable device that keep your family and loved ones safe , then its a small price to pay .Happy to own an AUTOWIZ Car Tracker .UPDATE- had a network coverage issue of the device recently , received the alternate sim in 2 days ( very fast for delivery to a city like Patna) . The device now up and running . every fast and proper Customer service .

I am using this tracker from past 3 years. It is really great to express that this tracker hardware and software is very reliable. I have change 2 vehicles(Mahindra and now Honda). It works seamlessly on OBD2 port and reads parameters easily without any changes in the software app or even hardware firmware. Apart from this the service support is also overwhelming. Comparing between two other (famous) brands and as a car owner with different brands in the garage - this is definitely a must have. It's discrete (hidden), it has most of the features you would be expect like geo location, car diagnostics battery voltage, over-revving, hard braking etc. The cost is actually not a big deal if you are a car enthusiast. The support and onboarding setup was hassle-free they are available alomost immediately.Good to have and missing features -1. Ignition alert2. Daily trip play back button3. Ability to add members of the same house to the app. 2 members of the house should be able to share the app details.4. Vehicle profile picture for better identification5. App UI should be a little more to-date.6. Notifications can be a little more real-time than 10-25 second delayed.Overall - Buy this device with full confidence.

Product is extremely useful for the auto enthusiast and gives a sense of security assurance.The reports weekly monthly daily are good for referring driving behavior and mileage condition. One thing which is missing is avg cost per trip which is present in competitor product available in the market, though it can be calculated easily since trip litres consumed is given.The anti-theft alarm is bit inconsistent. It was working fine for 15 days but now not showing the notification. The communication to the server is delayed probably due to unavailability of the network (SIM) so last connected to the server when parked shows some latency.This could be because of network unavailability too for service provider at the location in which my car is parked.INR 2000+ GST subscription renewal is on a bit higher side compared to competitor product but the content is good and I choose to pay a premium because of certain reporting advantage. I hope Autowiz team doesn't stop at developing the UI and software and keeps value adding to justify customer paying a premium for the subscription.Overall good device and useful to the customer, again would request Autowiz team to keep on value adding on software side, at the least should give the Web option complimentary to users

It do not show the milage, fuel level and other important parameters for which we are paying this must huge cost, this is basic OBD Device only will be used for basic tracking of vehicle, if you want basic tracking, please go with wired GPS tracker, it will fulfill your purpose, but if you are going for the OBD diagnostic gps tracker, tracker and Mobile application must have all features, i have used another brand OBD gps tracker (Fleetx) it gives me proper insight of my vehicle with Algorithm based Milage, fuel level for both CNG and petrol, live coolent temp. DTC codes, various Alarm options.
