Dear Friends, I am happy to say that today i recieved this Unifying USB reciever for my K400 PLUS KEYBOARD with MOUSE. It works perfectly as before. Its pretty simple to start using the Unifying USB reciever. Go to Logitech website, download and install UNIFYING reciever software. Switch off your device (keyboard / mouse). verify by typing in your keyboard and you can see its working fine.Go for it now.. Better buy this USB reciever for this price and save your keyboard from being a piece of brick.I strongly recommend it.

This actually saved me a headache. Recently I was very frustrated with my bluetooth keyboard mouse combo. It used to get stuck abruptly, keyboard was typing extra keys and sometime not even typing.Decided to buy this receiver to try my luck rather than buying the keyboard mouse. And it does the trick. Threw the old receiver out. This is perfect. Does the trick. No issues at all. Connected to my equipments without issues.Happy.... Really happy.

I am trying to return this product as it does not work with my Logitech mouse but it gives me no option of return and only a replacement. I would like to return this item

Hi! I gave 4 star because the dongle didnt support my keyboard. so now it is of no use to me. This should be changed by Logitech or atleast all their products must support Unifying technology.Otherwise, the the dongle is built very nicely. I tried the software provided on Logitech website but it did not support my keyboard. So, I had to return this back. Thank amazon for arranging the free pickup.I would advise everyone to first check for supporting device models and then order it.thanks!

This unifying receiver works with my M275 mouse (although my M275 is not marked with a unifying symbol). Install the unifying software and pair a new device on Windows / Mac. After successful pairing, the device can then be used in Linux (Ubuntu 16.04) too. During the pairing process, unifying software had options for M280 and M320. I don't have these mice and therefore am assuming that these would work (irrespective of the unifying symbol being marked on them or not).

It is a gamble because u dont know whether it will recognise your bluetooth device. I had two sets of Logitech KP+Mouse but only one was accepted though both models were listed in acceptable devices.

I lost the K330 keyboard receiver (which has unifying logo on the back) and was unable to use my keyboard. Ordered this receiver and was able to use my keyboard within seconds. I also paired my old mouse (not sure the model number) with the same receiver in few seconds by following the configuration steps. Started using for last couple of days without any issues, great product.

The product is good but since it is small people tend to loose it essentially it should be readily available however it is not. The price is on the higher end
