Per scoop of 25grams has approx 18 grams of protein( chocolate flavors have less protein since coca powder is added). Great taste, could be a little less sweet. Great mixability. And more importantly great results. This product can be had for chepaer if ordered online from myprotein itself but it takes a few weeks to get delivered. Seller is great and product is fresh (manufactured just a month ago) and authentic. Always make sure there is an authrtic hologram and mrp sticker and paradise nutrion sticker.
