Nice printing speed.True as claimed .Consistently getting 50 pages per minute in simplex mode and 24 pages(sides) per minute in duplex mode. Got Document Scan speed of 30 pages (mono)/minute in simplex scan (300dpi)as well as single pass duplex mode whereas if scanning colour document approximate 18 pages per minute.Wifi and Wi fi direct are working well. May not able to use by simply refilling the toner as it contains a chip which communicates with the printer.Although chip based compatible catrdiges are available for this model cannot say whether it works properly or not .By refilling the genuine toner may not work like just resetting the gear in the catridge as this catridge doesn't have any gear mechanism towards page counter as seen in several other brother catrdiges.Replacing the chip with another new one may work after refilling,But cannot said about its effectiveness.Anyhow genuine toner is heftly priced .This model is meant for medium to large offices and not positioned for any photocopy or DTP shops as the catrdiges are not mean to refill easily in similar use.Further the drum unit may require replacement after 45000 pages which also cost nearly 15000 Rs for a genuine drum unit.The drum also contains a chip which restricts its compatibility with non genuine drum units.The 70 pages ADF is fast and can be comparable to standalone document scanners The product is delivering exceptional value ,if the price of the consumable is ignored. Update 12.09.2025. My second purchase of the same model in the due course ,this time for my office.Truly fascinated by its performance especially it's awesome printing as well as scanning speeds.Also the second purchase was initiated by the renewed knowledge that it's compatible toners are available online ,on Amazon India itself at less than one third rate of the genuine one.(Print page TN 3608XXL having 12000 pages capacity at approx 3300 INR.).The said one is a fully compatible one with high quality print performance.By that calculation per page cost can bring down to less than 30 paise.Genuine 3618 toners having yield of 18000 pages for this one were available on Amazon India at a price of even 8500 rs after card offer for some time.I believe that were more than one year old products eventhough not sure fully.Anyhow it's ordinary rate is approx 16000INR.Anyhow warranty may be an issue in some cases if the fault was happened due to the use of non genuine catridges Warranty may not br void , in a legal sense,if fault of the product is not related with the use of non genuine catridge.

Don't buy this model, Toner change Cost high, every time 15k need to spend for toner..for 18k paper xerox or print,,, no compatible or powder change options

Quality of prints and scans is excellent. Printing and scanning is fast as well. Would have preferred a cheaper variant without the fax capability.

मैंने इस Store से Brother L5660DN 38000 रूपए में खरीदा था लेकिन कुछ 6 महीने बाद प्रिंटर में पेज फसने व पेज मोड़कर प्रिंट निकलने की समस्या आने लगी तो मैंने BROTHER के सर्विस पर Service Request दर्ज करवाई , लेकिन सर्विस सेन्टर वालो से सर्विसे देने से मना कर दिया ओर कहा की आपने Tonner Cartridge refill करवाई है इसलिए आपको सर्विस चार्ज देना होगा मैंने बताया की Brother की Tonner Catridge 11000 रूपए थी इसलिए मैंने रिफिल करवाया है लेकिन उन्होंने सर्विस देने से मना कर दिया ओर मेरी प्रिन्टर की Warrenty समय से पहले समाप्त करवा दीI अत: मैंने brother का 38000 का प्रिंटर लिया लेकिंन कम्पनी वालो ने एक बार भी सर्विस नही दी ये कम्पनी सर्विस के नाम पर आपको उल्लू बना रही है इसलिए Brother Company का कोई महंगा प्रिन्टर लेने से अच्छा है आप Cannon का प्रिन्टर ले लेवे

I liked the support team, which installed my printer, the team is very responsive is what I have observed. About the printer, quality of print is 4.5/5 efficiency of printer is 4.9/5 maintenance is yet to be looked into toner/catridge refill per amount of print is yet to be looked into overall experience 4.7/5

I purchased this printer printing speed is good but there is no option of the cartage refill and the price of new cartage is 10000 means 1 rs per page plus paper and maintenance cost its around 1.5 rs per page cost of one side. I suggest don’t go for this one.

Not deliversd still take long time 3days over not yet come. It's very urgent. Pls cancel other wise pls ok
