SDS OSHA Chemical Safety Labels 4 x 3 in, Roll of 250

I’m a chemistry teacher, and I needed a way to better label the lab chemicals in my very large classes for individual lab tables. These have been fantastic, and they’ve also provided me with a way to show my Honors students, many of them who are going into science fields, the correct way to label and store chemicals.

Hard to write on and ink smears

These labels are just what we need at a vet clinic. We use a LOT of things in secondary containers - simply because we go through a lot of the item and it is cheaper to buy it in a gallon container and refill the smaller ones around the clinic. These seem to be pretty durable and protected from falling apart if the get wet or spills on them. I think we may still put clear packing tape over them. There is a hologram on the stickers, which I’m a little confused as to the function?! The listing says it “adds shine and sparkle”. 🤣🤣🤣 What? We really don’t need sparkle where we are listing hazardous materials, but whatever. Not sure I would actually buy more of these, as I think the sparkle adds to the price and anyone who has ever worked in vet med knows if it doesn’t take away from the quality, we will go with the lower price. Don’t get me wrong, I love the sparkle. I think we all could use more sparkle in our lives. But from a business sense, if we can get the same thing without the sparkle for cheaper, that’s what will happen.

These labels help to address one of the issues I have with our safety officers. Our safety team prefers NFPA labelling to accommodate emergency personnel, whereas I prefer HMIS to provide important PPE information for my lab team. This sticker is the first I've seen that covers both! As a result, I really like these. That said, they are not perfect. I wish the space for the product ID was larger. I don't really use the GHS pictograms for general lab solution storage, and I wish the blue on the NFPA label was a little lighter as it's hard to see the number written in that section, but these are all minor complaints for what is a nice, all-purpose safety label that works well to cover both major labelling standards.

These stickers are amazing and I wish I knew about these long ago. If you're looking for a quick way to provide MSDS/MDS info on a product bottle, canister, whether you've replaced the original container, or information has worn down, this is an excellent way to do so. It doesn't replace the binder or full size sheets, but rather supplements them. the stickers are high quality and have holographic prisms that make the labels reflective. I like the built in dispenser that the box comes with that was easy to set up and save time.

These labels provide crisp printing with well-defined hazard pictograms and enough writable space for proper material identification. The adhesive bonds firmly to common workplace containers including plastic spray bottles and coated metal, even in moderately damp conditions. The perforated roll format keeps them organized and easy to pull as needed. Excellent for maintaining compliance without slowing down work.

These labels are exactly what I needed for proper chemical safety compliance. The 4×3 size is perfect for secondary containers, and the GHS pictograms are clear and easy to read. I love that they come on a perforated roll—it makes peeling and applying them quick and hassle-free. The stickers feel durable and stick well to a variety of surfaces, and they help me stay organized and compliant with OSHA and HMIS standards. A practical, high-quality solution for any lab, workshop, or industrial setting.

These are a suitable label (4" x 3") for a larger bottle size. I didn't really know how to eliminate the non required hazard symbols, so just blacked them out. OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) requires that required pictograms not be defaced or obscured. Crossing them out can confuse users or inspectors, so these are good intent, but potentially still leave room for a picky OSHA inspector to complain. GHS has been in place since 2012 but these still have the old HCS too, and the NFPA diamond which is for first responders so can add to confusion. However, I'd much rather have this than nothing at all..... Good sticking functionality and the box can be used as a dispenser too (open it carefully to retain the tab).
