These are my preferred ice packs for PP. I tried the FridaMom ones and felt like I was sloshing every-time I moved because of the fluid in the pack. With these they get cold and offer relief without being uncomfortable. They’re the same size as the pads given to me Post-birth from the hospital. Perfect size as a maternity ice pack, covers all the area that could be sore. The pack also got cool without getting too cold and offered relief. Works really well, in my opinion. Plus, it’s a good value for the price.

Just had my 2nd baby and these cooling pads were a game-changer. They feel much better than the Frida ones. They’re long enough to cover all the sore areas, and the cooling sensation lasted longer than I expected! The best part is the convenience—they’re ready to use without needing a freezer. Plus, they’re so much more comfortable than hard ice packs. I highly recommend them to all moms!

Really needed additional beyond what the hospital sent me home with this postpartum so I tried these and was very happy with them. They don't stay cold overly long but the pad is way more absorbent than the hospital ones. Overall very satisfied. Worth the cost for those early days.

I don't like the plastic like feel of the pad doesn't really get as cold as the. Frida in my opinion also the Frida doesn't have that plastic film I really dislike the feeling of having that plastic like film although it was less than how always pads feel so that's good but still a no for me

We found these cooling pads in Amazon and decided to give them a try for my wife, and I’m so glad we did. My wife said they were incredibly soothing without being bulky like the ones from the hospital. It was such a relief to see her more comfortable and able to rest a bit better. These pads made a big difference for her.

These were my absolute favourite post partum item. I’ve recommended this to all my friends who are expecting. I really liked how thin they were as some of the ice packs I tried were bulky and uncomfortable.

I have tried a few brands of these while I was postpartum and found these to be the best ones. A better price point than others and were comfortable to wear. It stays cold for a fair amount of time but I still find the reusable perineal ice packs to be the best.
