I got this ice chest for my mother she recently had knee replacement surgery and it works a like a charm!! She loves it and very convient prior to grabbing ice packs every hour on the hour, , although the only downside part about it all,it doesn’t stay cold as long as we would like it to be so if the company could possibly have the ice chest in a thermal chest just to keep the ice to last longer that would be great!Over all we love the product!

Works great for post acl surgery!!!

I’ve been using this machine for two weeks after a shoulder labrum repair surgery. It works amazing as long as the tubes are in perfect positioning, which can get a little annoying when you only have one arm to use. The only thing that could make it better would be if it had a timer to restart on its own ever so often, for example 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off, then repeat. Other than that, it works great and keeps the ice cold for quite a long time. I can fill it at night and wake up 8 hours later with plenty of ice left. Definitely worth the price as they are typically 3 times the price.

Seems well built, compact and works well, when it works. However I got the seemingly common E2 error. The manual has no explanation and it got more and more frequent. I'd avoid purchasing!

Used one time and pad sprung leak. Now, can't get a replacement. WORST EVER

Just got the item tonight- just as advertised- whisper quiet, clear instructions and set up was a breeze that only took a couple minutes.So far so good!!

The Oasis ice therapy machine was aGod send when I had my knee replacement surgery. It worked really well and was easy to use.
