Pros: 1) Product is 5 star rated which is very Environmental efficient as well as Budget friendly. 2) Compressor is Rotary and serves the purpose. 3) Refrigerant used is R22, which gives decent cooling effect. 4) AC is damn silent and Pleasant. 5) Turbo Mode is OK. 6) Display on AC is quite useful. 7) Last good thing is Self Diagnosis, which typically states the filter change alert and other such minor things. Cons: 1) Coil used is Aluminium NOT Copper, which is biggest disadvantage. 2) Bacteria filter is useful only in low pollution area, if you are Living in city like Delhi or Mumbai, then it won't make huge difference. 3) Display on remote is very small, should have being bit larger. 4) Cooling takes bit longer than expected. 5) Finally the Cross Flow is not very effective.

First It Gets To The Lowest Speed Then Slowly Reaches To The Speed You Set ======================================================================================================== So At Last Its An Overall A Very Good AC With Great Cooling And Power Saving And Hence I Would Definitely Suggest Buying It If You Are Looking For A Budget AC.

1. 01-05-2019-Bought the AC. 2. 02-05-2019 - Product was delivered in an excellent condition right at my doorstep. Identification ID (adhaar, voter id, DL) was asked by the delivery boy for confirmation. 3. 03-05-2019 - Received a call from Voltas' service center for tech visit at my address. 4. 04-05-2019 - Installation tech visited at my place and completed the installation. Post installation, the product is working nicely. IDU and ODU noise is not an issue to me and I found it alright. The package had 2x 10 feet of copper cables, one (2 mtrs. approx.) ODU to IDU black power cable. Remote control with batteries. Pre-installation readiness: 1. I called Voltas call center to understand what all accessories will be delivered with the main package. 2. AC split stand for placing ODU on the wall is not included. You can order online or ask the technician to get it while he visits. OR you may buy from the local market. 3. You may need an extra power cable to connect IDU to ODU. Measure the distance from IDU to ODU placements. 4. You may need an extra power cable to connect ISU to Stabilizer. 5. 20-30 AMP MCB / 16 AMP plug socket and plug to connect stabilizer with main power. 6. You may need to buy a drain pipe in case required. 7. Stabilizer per capacity of AC ordered. Tech issued the bill of 1500/ +GST = 1770/ + split ac wall mount : 750/ Thank you, Amazon for such an experience as I never bought this big size equipment online. Good luck.

I bought this product in great indian sale. Voltas is said to be one of the best. But after using it for 1 week, it didnt produce any cool. Due to the online purchase, I telephoned the customer care. They registered my complaint and told me that the technician will come soon. There started my long saga of waiting... long calls too... When the arrival of tech became a dream, I called the Customer care again and after some talks, they provided they phone number of the local service franchise. Amazing! There is no such number active. Then I googled and got the working number of these guys- Morning star services- Then started new episodes of phone calls. The voltas team sent me an sms as the tech will arrive on 11th April 2019. I took leave and waited for him. Then again calls to voltas... again calls to Morning star... and after some 'good literary words' of everyday calling, the tech arrived on 14th and he found that there is no gas in the new product which used for one week!! He told me that he will be back with gas and fill it. Again waiting. Next day I got an SMS from Voltas services. Reading that messages I had no words to say about their skill in solving the complaints!!!!!! The SMS said that the complaint is solved and request closed. Till then my problem was unsolved and I wondered how it happened. After that, by evening, most embarrassingly, the voltas service division called me for a feed back about their 'service'. They might not heard such a fantastic feed back ever. Then I had to use those 'good literary words' again and again to the customer care executives and the local service franchise. And on 26th the tech came and uninstalled the AC and taken to the service center only when I told them about how people go to consumer court. God knows when will I get my AC back. Actually I bought this for this summer and now I think it will be back by June in monsoon rain falls... that too after heavy verbal war... THE DIRTIEST SERVICE I EVER HEARD OF.

I am using this for about a month and it works great. Speedy cooling using turbo mode and nice sleep mode feature. Moreover it's priced rightly and Amazon provides great delivery experience. I faced few initial hiccups with installation but Amazon customer service intervened to sort things out. Definitely recommend.

I totally confused whether it is trust-able to purchase this kind of product from online. Finally I took risk and purchased this product. The package and everything was very good as per the Amazon and Cloudtail Service. After installation I found there is a crack in the drainage tray of this product then I started panic but Amazon has really given confident to me that if Voltas Customer Care does not fix that on time then we can definitely return the product with in the 10days from the delivery date. So at least I was relaxed from the Amazon service side. After I following up with the Voltas Service, it was finally fixed. About this particular model, I can say it is an average product not too good. Drawback: 1. Little noisy inside when compressor run 2. NO adjust for horizontal air flow 3. Cooling is very much chill but not so much comfortable - it is my personal feeling

I am Changing my feedback from 1 to 4 Stars coz the fault was not with the product it was by chance error in installations which VOLTAS fixed. The whistle blowing noise was due cramping of the inlet tube. So as told earlier this is one of the best products from VOLTAS at an excellent price of range of 29990 - 32000 INR. I am not giving 5 coz I would want Amazon and Cloudtail to see if they could further such feedback with the makers of the product and improve the end to end customer sastisfaction :-) Old Feedback on 6-May-17:- This is second AC I am buying and is same as the first one. But post installation after 30 minutes of operation it started to make a very terrible metal noise. Called Votas customer care they had a technician visit us but he could not rectify it. I have similar product running in the other room no complaints till now, possibility this piece is defective. Cloudtail and Amazon are one of my favourite service providers I think you should tell your Voltas Dealers about such miss in quality checks.

It has Aluminium Compressor but don't worry if you are not living near coastal areas. Copper Compressor is build for coastal areas. Nothing happens to Aluminium Compressor. Such a good product in this price. This product consumes 1 Unit/Hour. You can calculate as per your need. Ac takes 3-4 min to cool the room when room temperature is 35. It has LED display but it can be switched off so don't worry. To be honest , it has smooth swinging. I don't find any noisy voice. Go for it. BUT BUT BUT Voltas service is such a Ridiculous and Pathetic. Voltas technician are not at all expert in installation. Better is go for local technicians whom you know. They never listen and given genuine answer. This is big disappointment from Voltas.
