This product is absolutely amazing. It allows you to select the exact vehicle you have and it knows what’s wrong with it. This device will save you money by enabling you to do some of the work yourself without paying hundreds. Excellent overall build quality and features. Highly recommended. Very easy to use.

I bought this expecting it to be like all the other app-based ones, but it’s in a different league. It accurately identified the components that were failing. From there, it was just a quick search on YouTube to see how to do the jobs. Honestly, combined with helpful people on YouTube, this saved me around £1,200 for less than two hours of work.

Did everything I wanted on my 2005 Benz, it finds all the things a cheap phone app can't, probably not really worth the money but a mechanic would charge this much to carry his snap on spanner from his van.

This scanner works well for my 2009 Mercedes ML550. Very easy to use . Goes through all the systems.

Mir gelang es am Sprinter den Service zurückzusetzen. Am Smart 451 nicht. Allgemein funktioniert es am Smart nicht befriedigend.

Sembra un buon prodotto peccato che non vede la mia macchia. recentemente ho comprato una Mercedes C180-w202 berlina a benzina del 1996 ad uso collezionistico. ovviamente prima o poi la vettura ha bisogno di manutenzione e quest'ultima è la prima a montare un sistema di diagnosi. quindi ho provveduto ad acquistare il prodotto dedicato, pensato specificatamente sia alla marca del veicolo che ai modelli previsti nel programma. Nonostante tutto ad un certo punto della diagnosi si ferma e mi diche che la vettura non è riconosciuta. quindi nulla di fatto. Sarà buono? non lo so, per ne non lo è stato e per questo l'ho restituito. quello che dispiace è che non c'è modo di comunicare con la casa costruttrice questo è un grave difetto secondo me.

Works great with my w210. Was able to reset the TCM after a conductor plate r&r. This allowed me to fix my transmission.

Was not capable of scanning all systems in my 1999 W202. If you have an older Benz that use the round 38 pin connector it may not work as expected even after doing the latest software update.
