Product had issues and I got it replaced but the replacement I got was not working as well, Amazon replacement was not available so I had to reach out to support team and they tried to get all details , understand the issue and send replacement in few days.

It’s been about 3 months since I started using this product, and overall, I’m really impressed. Pros: Seals chip packets perfectly and effortlessly. Compact and easy to carry. I love that it has a magnet so I can stick it on the fridge when not in use. Completely noiseless and safe to use. Heating is just right, not too strong, not too weak. Battery backup is great! One charge easily lasts around 20–25 days with regular use. Cons: Charging is a bit slow, takes about 2–3 hours to get fully charged. Mine stopped working after about 4 months, but customer service was amazing! They replaced it quickly under warranty. Special thanks to SANA from customer support for helping me through the process. Overall, it’s a handy little device that does its job really well. Totally worth it!
