All-around Quality A+
My first reaction was, "great, it's here." No waiting. I was immediately impressed by the packaging. 1. Support styrofoam on the outside of the humidifier. 2. Humidifier covered in an easy-to-open plastic bag instead of having to struggle to get the plastic to break open like most items. 3. And then, the tape. The packing tape used to secure the pieces together was folded at the end, less than 1/4", which made it easy to peel and prevented accidently marring the clear plastic trying to get the tape off. 4. Instructions were well written. 5. Several standard electrical cautions were mentioned, in case we would forget. So far the humidifier is doing its job and if the care taken in the packaging is any indication of the care used in the production of the unit, I'm in for easier breathing for a long long time. Thank you.

Works great, easy filling options!
I really like this humidifier because you have a couple choices for how you can fill it. You can take the lid off and lift the reservoir out with the handle to take it to the sink and fill it (like filling a bucket, NOT flipping it upside down), you can leave the lid on and fill it through the lid, or you can take the lid off and pour straight into the reservoir. If you decide to fill it through the lid, it is a little bit annoying because you have to pour very slowly. Otherwise the water comes swirling out and over the edge of the lid. I like that it’s a large capacity so it can last almost a full day on the high setting. I like the blue light that you can have on or off while it’s running. Really my only complaint, which isn’t a big deal, but could be solved with a slight redesign, is that the lid has a slot for the center column to line up with when you put it back on and it’s kinda hard to get it lined up. You just have to wiggle it around and mess with it for a moment to get it back on. It’s really not a big deal, but I’m sure it could be Resolved and then this would be literally a perfect humidifier. I did try to use the slot designated to put essential oils in, but I couldn’t smell the oil at all. That’s not why I bought the humidifier so to me it’s not a big issue.

Seems to work but instructions are incomplete with included items unexplained...
Works so far, with a few caveats, and I only got the darn thing yesterday. In brief: issues unboxing/setting up, pieces included that are not explained/mentioned in instruction manual, noise level, lack of desired operational features. Read on for details.1. Packaging tape did not peel off cleanly. As with many items, this ships with various pieces taped together. Tape must be removed prior to use. I've never had this issue, where the tape just falls apart into individual strings that must be scraped off with a fingernail? Also, the plastic wrap around the handle was REALLY reticent to come off. Maybe from the cold? I don't know, but these were unpleasant surprises.2. There is reference in the manual to a 'cleaning brush' but the silhouette doesn't resemble anything I received. I have a little soft, straight bristle brush like you might use on a shaver, and this weird two-part thing. (See pictures). I can see how the blue wand attaches to the foam bit to serve as a handle. Is this the cleaning brush? It's not a brush. The white area is made of foam-stuff with a rigid plastic center. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with it!3. No mention is made in the manual but this DOES have a place you can put essential oils in. This little tray (pictured) snaps off the back and there is a foam pad in there. Now, do you apply essential oils to the pad, or remove the pad and put the oil in the container? I don't know, because it says nothing in the manual. It does tell me not to put water in the base or use detergents or humidifier cleaners or other branded filters, and generally you don't add essential oils directly to the main water supply. But....???4. Maybe it's not as loud when it has more water, but it is definitely audible. There is a noise of a motor--quiet, but distinct--but also a LOT of trickling. Some people may not mind the noise. It depends on how sensitive you are. I have two other humidifiers of different brands and types but they're neither of them this loud.5. Features of operation: it doesn't auto shut off when it's empty. This is really one of the handiest features a humidifier can have. This one doesn't have it.It also doesn't have any option for reaching a given humidity and then shutting off (and turning back on once it gets below a given level). You turn it on, and while it's fully variable from minimal to full-force, you'll just have to manually adjust it when you get to your desired humidity level *so you'll likely need some seperate item that indicates what the humidity actually is.Lastly, it would be nice if the cord were longer as humidifier placement is tricky. You want it fairly far away from walls, couches, electric equipment, etc, but you also don't want to trip over it because it's in the absolute center of the room. Or the cord. I made do, but it was pretty tightI'm not using the nightlight so I can't speak to that.

Great unit that shuts off when it reaches its humidity setting.
I'm giving this five stars cuz I've never had one of these and this one works really well. You can set it at whatever humidity you'd like and it will run until it reaches that point. Then it turns off automatically turns off and on as needed. The only downfall to these is they will collect mold in the bottom of the tank after a while if the water isn't cycled very often. Which does require you to take the tank off and clean it very well. But this is probably normal for any of these types of units. Overall, I'm very pleased with this.

Love it, perfect upgrade.
For the price!? Can’t beat it. My old humidifier was more expensive with less options and more cleaning, it lived a good, long life and was time for an upgrade a while ago but I ran it till it couldn’t. I love the handle on this, makes it so easy to run over to the sink to refill. No weird odors though I haven’t had it long enough to need to clean. Functions well, the range of strength is great and I love the night light feature. Seems very durable but the plastic itself is a bit warped, not enough to affect the use though. Holds enough water for a couple days if you are full time use or most of the time.

Great humidifier!!
Very happy with this item. Super easy to clean and the ease of filling is amazing. It’s very quiet and functions perfect. I feel like the water capacity is very high, which doesn’t have us filling it all the time. I did add a device that lowers the amount of Deposits in the tank to reduce the amount that I have to clean it. That was the only thing that I did not like, but I believe those cost so little it was absolutely worth it to save me time. Also, the light added a nice touch.
