The product will not dispense from rolling ball. I tried using it on my hand first, nothing comes out. I tried turning the top, it makes a clicking sound. I read directions on the box, doesn’t say much.

My husband won't use a dark spot corrector or any cream unless it is left out on the counter. We have a pedestal sink so this can be a challenge. This dark spot remover comes in an attractive bottle with a see-through "crystal" top and passes my approval for what can be left out on the counter. It's very easy to use. We had to pump it (press down on the roller ball) the first time to release the liquid. I can already see some improvement on a new dark spot. I think it will take longer for darker spots that you've had for years. I have sensitive skin and this does not bother me.
