I also spray Day-Glo orange paint on heavier hammers like 3 and 4 pound hammers so as not to forget them. Yes you do need to spray some flat white aerosol paint on the hammer head first before spraying Day-glow orange paint on the hammer head. Or use "flagger " tape on your tools so you do not lose any. Seem to be well made and has good hand protection.

**Q: Can the handles be removed and reinstalled? (And I am aware after use there could be some mushrooming on head that would have to be ground.)**
A: No, the handles can' t be removed and reinstalled.

**Q: Can these be used to chip the edge of granite for a cheese board?**
A: They are strong enough, yes?  But it wouldnt be a clean cut.  You'd be better off with a grinder and a masonry wheel I would think.

**Q: Are these what I need to fix a heaved long crack in my concrete patio?**
A: Manually that type of job is a bit too intensive for hand chisels.  The best and easiest way is to rent a concrete saw from a local tool rental company.  Mark a rectangle or square around heaved area of concrete to cut out with the saw.  Once you have your square cut you cut it into smaller pieces or attempt to break by hand with sledge hammers or chisels. The larger the area the more power equipment youll need for certain.  Hope this helps!

Fast delivery. Great rock chisels. The rocks could not resist, and they broke down easily. My aim is great but I still appreciate the handle on the chisel that improves grip and also has protection at the top so my hand doesn't get smashed by a bad hammer swing.
