Potable means drinkable. I learned in the Navy. Easy to install. Run it for few minutes the first time. The water will come out black because of the stuff in the filter. Then you're good to go. It comes with many adapters for your sink in case you need one. And the hose it comes with is about 20 inches. The water tastes good. It tastes like water. Fill up your canteen and put it in the fridge. Then it tastes like cold water. Very good device. There are so many but this one was a good choice. Pick this one.

I bought this filtration system to use in my local restaurant; we needed to produce more water than what previous sink attachments could provide. It was working great, but then we had the tube burst. I reached out to customer service and a representative (Krystal) was so helpful and got me a replacement as soon as she was able. Not only is the product wonderful, but the company keeps it wonderful with their support and communication.

Right out of the box took me about ten minutes to install lol. Just removed the old faucet fitting and quickly found the adapter fitting they provide from many and tightened up with a wrench and voila clean drinking water. Doesn't take much room on the counter, looks sleek and stylish in its aluminum design too. I especially like that you can switch between the filtration system and faucet with the turn of a switch 👍Great investment for the price.

I’m very happy I purchased this water filter. I should have done it a long time ago. I drink lots of water and it tastes so much better now. Easy to install and compact. Good value for the price.

The media could not be loaded. Waterdrop WD-CTF-01 Countertop Filter System is the best water filter for my family and I. My family bought so many kind of water filters before ( like: filter heads, filter pitches, and others) however, the water drop ED/CTF-01 is a perfect water filter and it is easy to install. The water also tastes great. Moreover, there is no more white stain inside my kettle when I use this filter. Thank you ;)

The difference in the taste and smell of our water now is amazing! It's a great alternative to the under sink models, especially if you rent and can't drill holes in your countertop. Very easy to install, connects to your faucet and comes with multiple adapters for a standard spout. Reduces both fluoride and chlorine, the main reason I went with this model. There is a switch to go from filtered to tap, I do this for dishes to save the filter. I was worried that the spout didnt seem secure in the base but it doesn't come off when in use and doesn't affect performance. Water does come out after you turn off the tap because there is still water in the hose so you need to turn it off before your cup is full. Not a big deal though. Overall great little unit and budget friendly.

I've been looking for a stainless countertop water filter. I found this one. Very happy with the filter, fast water flow and not taking much space. The water tastes better than my old 10-stage filter. Above and beyond, their customer service is excellent. They reply fast for the questions you have. Double thumbs up!!
