I used this scanner to diagnose a Mazda 6 and it found not only the engine faults, but also a fault with the air conditioner. We no longer have that car now, but apparently you can update the scanner for a different car brand for a fee. I have not tried that yet, but I will update the review after I do. I recommend this scanner.

I paid for the Honda and Toyota license and it won't work properly. Don't recommend.

Great scan tool for quick pre scans and one button report share to full diagnosis mode, it can do all the thing the big scanners can like power balance , misfire test and relative compression just to name a few.

Bought this since it said it was compatible with the older Ford models. While "technically" is, it really isn't. My 2002 F250 uses the J1850 PWM protocol and this tool has to do some hacky timing based tricks to actually interface with it. A lot of the functions are one shot because of that. Meaning that for several of the functions (if they are even supported) the tool has to be restarted between each test. Mainly because it has no way to keep track of the status so it uses the timing from a fresh start to try and function.It's a nice tool, and I didn't test it on more modern protocols, but for the early models you are better off just getting FORScan

Basic scanner

I have a 2026 ford transit 150 with the airback ligth on...this thing no erase the code..No works for me 🤷🏻‍♂️

To start, I will say I did return this item after I fully read the manual and found out the things I needed to do were not in this item’s ability to do. But, for checking general trouble codes on the listed vehicles, it should work fine, it just will not rewrite or change codes
