Terribly poor design and construction! The back panel is extremely thin, and the binding along the edge of the backpack presses into your back and shoulders, causing significant pain and even bruising. It’s hard to believe that such a major brand would produce such a poorly designed and constructed product. Additionally, there are NO inner zippered pockets for storing smaller items. I would have returned it if I hadn’t already used it!

Liked the backpack, just wasn't what the recipient actually needed. NOT really fond of the way amazon created a gift card for the refund, and didn't let me know that fact, until Christmas Eve, as it made getting a better gift for the recipient extremely delayed.

I have to say that this bag is small. Just the essentials, wallet keys, small notebook or phone cord. It does get heavy really fast. The zipper sticks a lot, which is a pain in the butt. Otherwise it is rugged and waterproof.
