This is a miracle in a bottle. I actually have very good teeth so don’t get tooth ache but I have nerve issues stemming from back muscle problems and that causes me to get electric shocks in teeth ears and temples. I put on gums and in my ear just experimenting if it would have any effect. It worked even while my back was constantly in spasm and I felt the cramps I suffered no nerve pains what so ever as the affected areas were numb. I have been able to treat my nerve issues for the first time in history just using this....no drugs ever touched the level of pains I got. I am now wondering if it could be put directly on my back muscles since it’s so amazing. Not only is it fast safe and effective it’s brilliant value for money, not much is needed to treat the areas but also I feel so much better being able to eat and sleep when I do have flare ups as it can be up to 3weeks at a time I’m in agony and sleep deprivation doesn’t help matters. Now I sleep like a baby. Tastes vile but worth it

It certainly helps as a temporary pain relieve! The first time I used it, I caught my upper lip with the cotton wool.... it burns!!! No feeling when applied to tooth thou.So as silly as it sounds I used a mouth piece from the game ‘speak out’ to hold my lips out the way while applying.... worked like treat.Wanted to add this, I’ve just had the tooth in question removed, and I ended up getting ‘dry socket’ ouch!!! I went back and he used clove oil cotton wool and inserted into the dry socket, because of the infection, same taste etc and is hopefully healing now. It must work for even dentists to use it.

If your teeth are really hurting this is probably the best stuff out there. Just don't put too much on the gauze because it is strong stuff and you want to spit it out when done.I had a toothache so bad the whole side of my head felt like it had shrapnel jammed in it. This relieved the pain and made it bearable until I could get to the dentist. As it turned out I needed one tooth pulled and one filling. Feel wonderful now, not to have horrible tooth pain. Tooth pain can be awful!See a good dentist, but use this in the meantime!

Amazing product. The taste is bad but there was ways around that. Use a earbuds insert it into the little bottle then run it under water very quickly .When you run it on your tooth/gums try not spitting it and definitely do not swallow itLet it sit in your month without the earbud of course. Let the burning feeling pass and you should feel numb a bit. Repeat if needed.

It didn't work for me, but doesn't mean it won't work for you. I had trouble finding which tooth was the cause yet tried every possibility. My testing resulting in a lot of saliva and little to no relief , the taste wasn't too bad but not pleasant.

My husband suffers with his teeth, and during a recent bad bout I bought this in the hope that it might help when alternating ibuprofen/paracetamol can't cut through the pain. He has always made his own clove treatment which helps - but this little bottle is on a whole other level! The relief it gave him to be able to sleep through the night was worth a £ million. It's meant we don't have to see an emergency dentist over a bank holiday, and when it's just a flare-up it seems to get it back under control. We know there are deep problems we need to get fixed with a dentist but in the meantime this is a gem of a find.

It arrived quickly, it did feel like burning on the side of my mouth it slightly numbs the area not really much difference apart from completly numbed my lips, the burning feeling and the taste have put me off The smell is so strong it lasts for 2 days if accidently spilt i'll be sticking to oregel after this was a horrible experience using this product. Its also small in the amount you get in the bottle bit over priced for what you get.

Had this stuff before. It's excellent. Never tried anything like it before. It seems like the stuff the dentist uses when they numb the mouth. Leave it on for a whole minute. Uncomfortable in the first minute, but well worth it. Keep it in the cupboard its worth keeping if you have trouble with your teeth.

Hilft wirklich! Hat bis mir jetzt jedesmal geholfen. Hätte ich nicht gedacht. Schmerzen gehen weg. Teuer aber auch ergiebig. Würde es wieder kaufen und auch empfehlen.
