I got these for when I'm in VR playing games like Beat Saber, Synth Riders, Supernatural, and others. I just wanted a bit of resistance without going overboard, and after using them regularly, I can say they’ve actually improved my gameplay. I think it’s because the added weight simulates holding whatever you're using to slice blocks or punch cones flying at you.It’s lightweight resistance training, just enough to feel the effects. I’ve noticed visible improvements in my arm muscles even when I’m not wearing them, which is wild considering how fun the workouts are. If you’re in VR a lot and want to level up your sessions just a smidge without breaking your form or your joints, these are worth it! I'll probably be getting ones for my ankles soon.

Perfect weight to get started with! I walk with my dogs daily and adding these to my walks have helped increase my cardio. They don’t rub my ankle or wrist wrong and they are comfortable and the best part they are stylish! They blend in when I wear black leggings.

Good for the money

I use this whenever I play beat-saber, a great weight for a beginner. It has helped tone my arms a bit. It’s very comfortable and so easy to clean. I would purchase a heavier one next time
