Got this as a birthday present for my boyfriend who practically every day would ask me to walk on his back and he does this little twist in bed at night that requires him to swing his leg over my body (GET OFF ME!!). He looooves these circles and uses them every single day. Morning, evening, night. He used the littlest one the least, but still uses it. I put in a good back crack like once a week. It kind of hurts me after the crackings, but I think I’m using it wrong haha. Definitely worth the money to see him use it so often. He’s able to put a lot of weight on it and it hasn’t broke yet.

I figured that I’d give this one a try. I’m flexible so hyperextension ones don’t help. I typically require another person to put pressure on both sides of a vertebra while I’m laying face down. That requires another human and they aren’t always around. This given the divet in the center my body’s pressure adds the needed force on both sides of my spine. Multiple cracks so 5 stars.

Have a lot of lower back issues from a car accident 14+ years ago. These work great for stretching it out. WAY better than a foam roller! The sizes are great too. Thought I would love the largest one the most but actually the smaller one works best for me.
