Got the kit and it didn't come with any installation instructions or even a picture showing them installed so you could figure it out. Comes with screws so I assume they get attached to the cooler, but where and how is anybody's guess. UPDATE: customer service contacted me about my review and provided these verbal directions, "You will need to remove the two handles on the sides of the fridge, and then install the tie down brackets in the same positions where the handles were. Once installed, you can run the straps through the tie down kit, which will allow you to secure the fridge more effectively during use." Updated stars accordingly because that is still less then ideal and I wouldn't have them if I knew they went in that location.
