Great for salmon
Use these for plank grilling salmon, and the flavor is wonderful.

Great wood for a smoked old fashioned
Purchased these to make a smoked old fashioned. They are nice and large, so we are getting a ton of use from each plank. They smell amazing too. Will buy again when needed.

Maple grilling planks
Maple grilling planks are very good for grilling fish on a gas grill. Maple planks do not add as strong a flavor as do cedar or hickory planks.

Small small small 👎🏿
Be sure and take note of the actual size of the planks. I did not😕. They are very very small. I had ideas of cooking steak on them and they are barely burger patty size. My bad, but disappointed all the same. 👎🏿

Having a hard time with these maple boards
I’ve used cedar boards for years with great success. Decided to try the maple as some things don’t go well with cedar but the maple boards keep warping , catching on fire and the food slides off in the first ten minutes. What am I doing wrong?
