So convenient!
I love the convenience of having the creatine already pre portioned. It's easy to take with me to the gym. Mixes well. I've noticed it's helped me push further in my weight training and pilates workouts so I definitely see a benefit of using this.

Jury still out on this one..
Ancient + Brave - Creatine+ 90g x15 Sachets - Premium Creatine Monohydrate Powder £20You get 15 x 6g individually wrapped sachets of True Creatine +In a recyclable sturdy cardboard box containing magnesium, vit D & creatineTo help rejuvenate & reduce tiredness and fatigue so I was excited to try thisThe back of the box includes suggested daily usage of 6g (1 whole sachet) to be added to 250ml of drink of choice, yet on the side of the box it refers in nutritional info section serving size 6g, servings per container by which I gather container = the box? Is 30!If there's 15 x 6g sachets per box with 6g per serving, to me that equates to 15 servings? So did there used to be 30 sachets in this box? How confusing!A pleasant not too sweet "naturally neutral" flavour that’s slightly fizzy, akin to the refresher sweets sensation on your tongueI've not felt an added zest for life from the sachets taken to date, but the box does say, for optimum benefits use consistently, will update this if anything different to report…At the price of £20 for 15 sachets, if by consistent, that means daily as is suggested, that's quite a financial commitmentMaybe for an elite athlete looking for marginal gains rather than the likes of me although it does claim designed for everyoneMade in the UK and suitable for vegans3 * as expensive and packaging misleading(Hope you’ve found my review useful)

Good Creatine for male or female
I recently tried this creatine powder, and I have mixed feelings about it. Packaged in individual sachets, it offers a simple way to add creatine to my routine without any fuss. Each sachet contains 6g, and the recommended daily dose is just 5g, making it easy to meet that requirement by mixing one sachet with 250ml of water. What’s nice is that it includes additional ingredients like Taurine, magnesium, and vitamin D3, though the actual amounts of these extras seem minimal. The powder mixes effortlessly in a shaker, with no clumps or gritty residue, which I appreciate. However, while the product claims to be tailored for women, I honestly don’t see any reason it wouldn’t work just as well for anyone. This marketing choice seems unnecessary to me.While I appreciate the thoughtfulness behind the packaging—it’s neat and eco-friendly—the cost feels a bit steep at £20 for just 15 servings. If you’re looking for a cost-effective option, there are certainly better-priced creatine powders on the market that offer more servings. I also noticed some confusing information regarding the servings, as the box mentions 30 servings but only contains 15 sachets, which adds to the overall lack of clarity.Overall, while the product is convenient and well-made, I feel it's overpriced for what you get. It could be a great option for those wanting a portable supplement, but for regular use, I think I’ll look for something that offers better value for my money.

not really feeling it
I was drawn to this creatine powder mainly because it’s lab-tested, which gave me some confidence in the quality. However, I found the actual results underwhelming. Despite following the suggested daily dose, I didn’t notice any real difference in my performance or recovery, which was disappointing. It’s also a bit confusing what "certified B" on the seller’s page means—it’s not well-explained.The product comes in individually sealed sachets, which makes it easy to carry to the gym, but I’m not sure that convenience justifies the price. At £20 for just 15 servings, it feels overpriced. I also think the inclusion of magnesium and vitamin D, while a nice touch, is minimal and feels more like a marketing angle than a meaningful addition. The recyclable packaging is appreciated, but given the sachets are plastic, it feels like a half-hearted attempt at being eco-friendly.In the end, while the product is well-packaged and easy to use, the cost and lack of noticeable results make it hard to recommend. I’d expect more benefit at this price point.

Performance Boost!
The Ancient + Brave Creatine+ is a solid supplement for muscle recovery! 💥 The sachets are convenient for on-the-go use, and the micronized creatine blends well without clumping. I’ve definitely felt more energy during my workouts. My only complaint is that the taste can be a bit bland when mixed with just water; I prefer adding it to smoothies. If you’re serious about your strength training, this is a product worth considering! 🏋️♀️
