Good buy for the price.
This kit worked wonderfully! It came with several useful accessories, the vacuum features 3 different suction levels. The light makes it easier to see the area that you are working with. It was super easy to use and the glass tubes allowed for easy cleaning. I used it exactly as directed and was surprised how easy and painless it was to remove the stones. I would definitely recommend this item.

Stopped working in less than 2 months
This product is junk. It stopped working in less than 2 months and after likely ten times of usage. The battery shows fully charged, but the device doesn’t turn on.

I’ve been using it for about two weeks now
I bought this tonsil stone remover vacuum after reading the great reviews, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now, and it’s been fantastic. The set includes two glass attachments, a mirror, a light, and a small spatula – everything you need. The glass attachments are especially great – they’re long enough to reach the back of my mouth comfortably and are super easy to clean. The device has three suction levels (low, medium, and high). I usually stick with the medium setting because the high one is a bit too strong and can irritate my tonsils. Overall, this tool works really well for removing those unpleasant tonsil stones. If you’re dealing with them, I definitely recommend giving this a try!

In love with this thing
I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering this - I just knew I needed a better solution to picking out tonsil stones than digging with a Q-tip or tweezers (yikes, I know). I was nervous with the attachments being made of glass, but have had no issues at all. This kit came with a lot of tools too. The vacuum, two glass attachments, the mirror, a bright light, among other things. I put it to use as soon as it arrived. I am amazed, and utterly disgusted, at what I retrieved from my tonsil that day. This thing works well. I used the lowest suction and it still pulled a bunch of junk out. I am cautious using it because I don't want to do any damage to the tonsil tissue in the process. Can't wait to use it again, seems like a more reasonable way to remove them vs. picking at the tonsil. Less painful too.

So far, not working for me.
For starters, the quality of the pieces are ok. The glass tubing is nice, as it will clean easily, but when I sterilized it in boiling water, it slightly changed the texture of it in some areas, like when you run certain types of glass through the dishwasher and it gets superficial but permanent scuffs. They are still functional, just thought that worth mentioning. The stem on the bendable light, separated from the light head housing upon first use. It is still functional, but once again, worth mentioning. My first use of this in the tonsil trenches proved ineffective, though I plan on trying again; though, I don't have much hope. It may be that I'm not a good candidate for this device, where I don't have very visible stones. I'm attempting to get these out of the trenches, literally. The suction is kind of strange. It's definitely not like the tool at the dentist which you can hear and feel, but is gentle. For this tool you can't hear anything, and the suction happens by locking on and creating a vacuum. As a result, you can't really finesse it — you need a clean and complete suction to get any kind of pull. As a result, if you're only touching skin and not a stone, it can really lock on. It's not painful, but it's clearly causing some acute, superficial wounding and bleeding. If it accomplished its task, I wouldn't mind that. But to get the wounding and no result, means I have to give it time to heal before I try again — if I try again. Attempting to use this on the larger tonsil opening was futile as well, just as with more direct skin contact. Nothing was drawn up and the suction locking takes effect as soon as the glass tube is flush on the opening. As another reviewer had noted (maybe on another device) the ability to quickly cut off the suction would be beneficial; maybe a future version would allow for this, which would then allow the user to pulse the suction, for greater result and less wounding. All in all, I can't say my results are a great surprise. I feel it would be difficult to create a tool to do what is needed for this task. I think any success with this tool is had by those with shallow tonsils and stones.
