Review: This Stuff Works - I have severe osteoarthritis in my ankle from being shattered in a motorcycle accident 32 years ago. I also have Degenerative Disc Disease in my lower back. I have tried almost every topical pain reliever to compliment the medicine. The medicine doesn't work well anymore and I'm on the maximum dosage allowed on 3 meds. I was skeptical but I figured I would give it a try. It says that it works better over time after continuous use. I followed the directions and after about a week I started to notice that some of the deep internal pain was a lot less and the tendonitis was not hurting anymore. It's almost like the product is rebuilding my ankle. I know it isn't but it is such a relief not to be in continuous pain. I feel like there is lubrication in the joint and some of the normal swelling is gone. The minty smell isn't as bad as some of the other products that have the overwhelming smell. I would recommend this product. Save your time searching like I did and just give this stuff a try. It works for me.

**Q: Does the cream 'warm' the area or cause that tingling sensation many other creams do?**
A: That is a good question.  No warming like "Icy Hot" nor any discernable tingling, skin feels slightly greasy for the first 3 - 5 minutes, then it all is absorbed into the skin.  Relief for me even before it completes the absorption,  especially for mild criks in neck, or sore shoulders, or tired muscles in back.  NO SMELL either.  Truth is I buy by the dozen when they are on sale.  I have a tube by the bed, another in the bathroom, another by my recliner and a last one on my work table.  It doesn't make you well, it just gives a few hours of relief, which often is all I need.

**Q: does it work as well as arnica**
A: Works better for me and fast. Right after putting a little on I can feel the muscles loosen a bit and my range f motion is better. Just takes a tiny bit.

**Q: How long will cream tube?**
A: You know, different people have different body chemistry and therefore different experiences with this cream, just as with anything.  For me, it is a godsend.  It relieves the sciatica pain in my lower back, hip and leg when the pain is keeping me awake.  To say that it is junk or that the company is exploiting those of us with back pain is very myopic.  I'm sorry it didn't work for you, but it works very well with my body chemistry, and for many others as well.  No one is exploiting anyone.  The reason there are so many products is because different products work for different people.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works, but not how I expected

This cream works. Now, although it may work in a relaxing way, I wouldn't say its really COOLING. Theres not a menthol effect, if that's what you're looking for (I was...). If I'm being honest, at first I thought I got scammed again. It didn't seem to work at first. But as I continued to use it (I had nothing else), I noticed it WAS helping, just not intensely. It helps to relax my muscles or temporarily distract from discomfort. It's alright. I am almost finished with the bottle and I'm happy it helped a somewhat, at least. Less pain is better than more pain. I probably won't buy it again as I'm looking for something stronger with better long term effects.
