Bought for my 90 yo mom. Thought it was a good idea to upgrade her current phone, and the sales pitch worked. Terrible idea. This phone has been a disaster, from the audio to the buttons not working and now it won't charge. I would not recommend.

**I will come back and update as needed**UPDATE #1- 4/25/25:SIM card from Consumer Cellular arrived fast! Three days ahead of schedule!So, I have numbers on speed dial. Sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't. I might end up returning this because the point of buying this was a WORKING phone. Not a sometimes acting phone. :(I feel like this took forever to ship (ordered 4/5. Received 4/21), but it got here a day early. I read in the comments that this phone isn't compatible with T Mobile. I'll tell you now that it isn't compatible with AT& T either. ( And don't let them try to sell you anything you don't want.)I just called Consumer Cellular, read them the IMEI number that's located on the back of the phone ( make sure the battery is out first), and this phone IS INDEED compatible with their service!! Now, they'll have to send you out a SIM card, but she said it should be here within 3-5 days. Their prices are great too!The phone is light, but my 75 year old Mom is excited about it and with the big buttons, Ithink she'll be just fine with this.I wanted to pass on this info for anyone looking at purchasing this phone. I'm giving it a 4 right now because we have to see how well it works when the SIM card gets here.Thank you!

This truly is a simple phone. If that’s what you’re looking for and you can find a service that doesn’t require 4G LTE, then this will work great for you. I bought this with the intention of using with Mint Mobile or T-mobile like it advertises, then you will be out of luck. I tried to activate the sim with this phone and was told they are not compatible with their network. That being said, it truly has nice big buttons and is incredibly basic, so I am bummed this didn’t work out.

Nice phone but not compatible with AT&t or Cricket

The buttons are good size and the volume great for hard of hearing. However the speed dial set up doesn't work so my mom has to remember each person's full number as she is visually impaired and cannot read them from her address book. Instructions do not create speed dial result.
