The flavor is like no other. I love that its not calor dense or sugar filled. I think in the az summers something like this is a necessity. It blends well in my stanly. I use in 40oz and still has great flavor. I got it on sale so the price was great. Quality ingredients it seems and helps I think with the heat and muscle cramps. So I'd say its pretty effective. Will buy more. The cucumber flavor is delicious.

This electrolyte powder made me want to drink my water! Im not a big fan of water without flavoring and this buy was an amazing find. Make sure you shake it up or stir it really good or you can get a pretty salty first sip! I recommend using about 35 oz of water for the best balance of flavor!

I love this product. I exclusively only drink this flavor and this brand and I cannot get enough. I do hate that they increase the prices but I will honestly keep purchasing. It is just that good! I love mixing this in plain water for a juice feel or in sparkling water for a soda feel. 10/10 perfect mix for someone trying to cut sugar but not stop drinking flavored drinks.
