Yes, I fell down the Water Tok rabbit hole. I had to increase my water intake, but I do not like plain water it makes me gag, don’t judge me lol I use the cherry and strawberry as well and mix it with Ultima electrolytes either watermelon or raspberry flavors. I take my 40oz water bottle and you can adjust the strength by putting less in for the whole packet, I like being sweet, so I take the whole packets in my 40 ounce cup. You do need to go shake it in the cup or stirred to get it to dissolve it will dissolve pretty easily if you mix it. . The water packets give variety and helps me get my 90-120 ounces of water a day making my doctor happy. Does it have artificial sweetener in it Yes do I care right now? not so much. The benefit for me of getting the water in outweighs any potential risk. I am someone who likes sweet if you are not then you can adjust the strength by choosing less.

When you do that, it's so sweet, your teeth will be stinging with sugar shock. Half the tube of powder is more than enough for a 16.9 oz bottle of water.I actually use 3 packets to make a full gallon of cherry drink, then pour it into reusable water bottles and toss it in the fridge. Even then, the flavor is a strong cherry sweet punch.It's important to drink it within 3 days of preparation, as well, since the artificial flavoring and sucralose will bond with the plastic bottle if left to sit for more than that amount of time. Leaving the bottom of your bottle looking milky.

These helped quite a bit with my water intake lol the flavours and variety made it nice to choose a different one each day :) I was surprised to find out one pact was also more than enough to flavour an entire Stanley cup of water. I personally feel like half a packet is the perfect amount for me and that just means it lasts even longer, making it great for the price. They are also easy to carry in my bag.

This is by far my favorite flavor. Perfe t flavor strength. One packet perfectly flavors a regular bottle of water without being too strong or too weak. Having a reliably tasty beverage increases my hydration. Great value for the price of a latge amount of packets. Easy to carry with me and easy to use. I live the variety of the combination of my 2 favorite flavors blue raspberry and lemonade. Perfect!

I am a neurodivergent person who struggles with drinking enough water, but this stuff allows me to keep up with my hydration goals. I drink it pretty much every day and my daily water intake is up by at least 100%. It’s so quick and easy. It also just tastes so good, like it has tons of sugar but doesn’t. I keep a couple packets in my purse. I like it best when it’s icy cold, but the colder the water the more thoroughly you will have to stir to mix it.

Nicely flavored with a decent variety. Mixes well with water and tasty while being sugar free.
