If you live in a hard water area then do not EVER go with the “if it’s yellow let it mellow” because you end up with a lovely issue called Urine Scale.It’s a pain in the butt to remove and the reason I bought this tool.I wanted to snake the drains but also break up any of the old scale. This works great, easy to use, not expensive and seems to be made very well.

This thing is Awesome

This is a small piece of metal shaped as shown in a small little box. Well no instructions and apparently it must be for professionals whom does this often or knows how to use. I believe I bit off a little more than I can handle because I have a snake but there must be upgraded ones LOLThe tool is a very well made tool to work. I took one star do to no instructions showing me how or I’m over my head.

The media could not be loaded. I have been able to use the new attachment head and have been very happy with it. When I was cleaning out my drain a few weeks ago (before I received the new attachment), I found that to remove roots, it was best to use the spatula first and then the spiral saw. The new attachment seems to work as a combination of both tools. While I was only able to remove a small amount of roots from my drain (I had been working for hours before), I still think this new attachment is much better at removing roots. I have attached a short video showing some of the roots I removed with the new attachment. Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera on when I first pulled them out, but nonetheless you can see how effective the new attachment head is.

Didn't work for me on cleaning out my main drain guessing it's just too small. Had a blockage that I ran it all the way through it didn't even open at all. Stuck my 3-in cutter on opened it instantly.

Way cheaper here than at the plumbing store but the ball is small. Literally 1-1/2 inch in diameter but it gets the job done so that’s what matter.I would suggest it

I put this on my drain auger , ran it down the pipe , and boom , it cut through whatever was clogging the drain pipe .. easy and effortlessly did the job
