Excellent product and outstanding service
Black and decker is already a good name for tools and hardware but was pleasantly surprised to see a RO water filter also in their catalog. So got one recently. Product finish and quality is excellent.Installation was a breeze and the technician was available timely and also went about his job with clockwork precision. What was comforting is that the same team would also provide the amc service when required.Quality of water is good and hardness is significantly reduced - no smell and the taste is good.

Excellent RO Product
Really excellent, awasome experience with this product ,look wise, qualitywise, and pricewise it was amazing product. I will recommend such product to evey RO machine buyer who are looking for a water purifier. I and my family is very happy with test of water .

Kent rebranded with less quality material
The media could not be loaded. Installation was quick, TDS was set to automatic so it varies between 50-150, Water been leaking after tank getting fullUpdate: Water being overflown due to Sensor issue, TDS level being changing everytime , it was set to 125 but it shows 155, 160 145 when tested randomly

Looks Great but the Carbon candle found damaged
The media could not be loaded. 21-10-24Purchased for ₹ 8,578 after a bank discount. Received the item today, and the installation was completed the same day at no additional cost. The initial TDS was 45, but it was adjusted to 100 at my request. I reduced one star because the package didn’t include a dummy plug for the tap connector. While there’s a provision for fixing a tap, I have a separate connection for the RO system, so I don’t need a tap there. Also the tap provided in the RO system is of plastic with chrome finish.23-10-2024Started leaking from the tank. On verification through the translucent case cover, water is leaking from the candle joints. Made complaint. Kent is doing service for B&D. Service person came immediately and the attended the complaint. Carbon Filter joint was found broken. When he was about to change the original candle of Kent company, he got a call from his office not to replace the candle till he gets approval. May be approval from B&D. He left saying he would replace the candle after getting approval. He hoped the replacement will be done with in two days. I made complaint again to Kent Ro. Reduced two star.
