Fantastic
I bought it to my boyfriend as a Christmas present because he is a chef and he loved it. The weight, the centimeters,the length of the blade and the sharpness are perfect. I highly recommend it using it for work or in the house.

Not really stainless
I like it, but it's not really stainless steel. It forms rust stains all over the blade.

Knife miscoloured after one wash
I have bought Kai knives before and wanted to add a further knife to the set, as I have been really happy with them. However, the blade of this knife miscoloured the first time I washed it, by hand with normal dish soap.This has not happened to the previous knives I have bought, which I also wash by hand and which still look great.

Sharp and accurate
Love Kai knives. This is from their economical collection, but still really good for professional use as well. It's light and sharp, gives you accurate cut.
