This was a life saver when we needed a second litter box. We have the litter robot 4 but when our older cats needed 2 boxes we wanted another automatic litter box, without paying the hefty price. This one has an app as well which is nice to customize the internal light color and brightness as well as the control panel brightness. Assembly was easy and I feel less moving parts than the litter robot 4 so easier to deep clean when needed.The only issues I found, and more so just small preferences, are the app and the bags. The app only shows their weight in kg and only the last pet to visit, it doesn't keep profiles. This is fine unless you need to track weight. My litter robot 4 does it so I don't need that feature and I rarely use the app. The only other thing is the bags for the litter bin. You need to use their bags, which is fine since they aren't expensive but they aren't super thick and the bags can tear easily, but mainly just when taking them off the bin. They hold litter well and hold up to take out to the garbage.Besides that I have been enjoying it :) we have 2 big cats 14/18 pounds and they both fit. I didn't want to have to empty the bin as often since I do the other box and decided to put pretty litter in here. It's been working well as the sifter sifts the litter well that I only loose minimum from pee. It contains the smell well and it is smaller than the litter robot 4 which was nice! Some of the litter can stick to the inside liner but the whole turning unit is plastic so no sticking there! They sell replacement liner bottoms but I've never needed since mine don't leak or tear.There are no steps to it, so I used old Amazon pet steps so they can get in. If you have a young jumping cat, that may not be needed.

The motor is quiet enough that my skittish kitty doesn’t bolt, and the sleek footprint fits perfectly in our laundry room.The only hiccup is the litter guard’s durability. Around the three-month mark the guard loosened and eventually detached, so enthusiastic digging now sends a smattering of litter onto the floor. It’s a quick sweep, but for a premium product I’d expect a sturdier, clip-on design or a replacement part in the box.Bottom line: If you’re juggling multiple cats and want to reclaim time (and nose) from daily scooping, this box absolutely delivers. A reinforced litter guard would make it a flawless five-star buy—but even with that minor gripe, it’s still the best upgrade I’ve made for my trio of furballs.

I currently have 8 cats. We live on a farm and it seems that new stray cats show up almost monthly. Have their babies on my property and my children fall in love and bring them inside. I was going INSANE with 8 inside my house, so I decided to bite the bullet and purchase one of these. Within a week I realized this device had changed my life. I immediately purchased a second one because we were going on vacation and I needed to reduce the work load for the person watching my house.These two boxes preformed beautifully. Do they get stuck sometimes… absolutely. Especially with the number of cats going in them. One goes and another is right in line behind them and the box pinch triggers. It happens. However in 2.5 weeks that I was gone…. States away…. I was able to fix every issue they had from my phone. Reset, clean.These boxes are amazing. They changed my life. Pay the money get the auto box. Trust me.

The automatic cleaning cycle is consistently reliable, doing an excellent job of keeping the litter fresh and virtually eliminating odors. For its price, the performance is outstanding; it saves me significant time and the daily chore of scooping, which is a huge relief. The fact that it handles this so well at such an accessible cost truly stands out.While it's an exceptional product, there are a couple of minor considerations. Occasionally, a small amount of litter might escape, requiring a quick sweep. More notably, I've experienced random "anti-pinch" warnings that stop the cleaning cycle, requiring a manual reset. This can be a minor annoyance when it happens unexpectedly. Despite these small points, the Cumrige is an outstanding, budget-friendly investment that delivers premium convenience. Highly recommended!

Our skeptical cat took right to it. I love being able to see how often he goes. His weight is never right on the app, but that’s not what we got it for, so it doesn’t quite matter. It was very easy to put together, and came with several bags for the device. It’s very functional, and fits right under one of our standard height tables. The design is very sleek and minimalistic. It feels very sturdy. We have been using for about 3 days now and have had no issues.I initially had some safety concerns, but the litterbox stops all movement if I as much as put my hand within 3 inches of the opening. My cat is very curious, and likes to watch, and I have noticed on multiple occasions that it will fully pause the clean cycle until he walks away. 10/10 on safety for me!
