Excellent dictionary
Very clear, logical, straightforward dictionary, with a wide-ranging vocabulary. Includes a lot of helpful supplementary information such as verb tables, guidance on letters and emails in French, sections devoted to vocabulary for specific situations (e.g. shopping, travel, careers). Highly recommended.

Requested specifically by daughter's secondary school for Yr7 but is also now frequently on loan to her older brother for GCSE revision, thanks to very helpful verb tables and grammatical tips in the centre pages. All round success

Look elsewhere if you want to learn pronunciation with your language
Terrible dictionary - particularly for one billed as a “learner’s” dictionary: no pronunciation guides! That’s so basic, so elementary, it’s omission is an insult to learners.
