My daughter loves these gummies! We trust Nature's Truth for several supplements my family uses and we are pleased every time. She takes two of these at night to help her relax and go to sleep. She loves the taste, and I love that she sleeps so well.

A nice low-dose Magnesium that's also not full of sugar. The gummies themselves are actually pretty small, which I'd rate as a positive since that's less filler to feed the kiddo.Fed a couple to my "allergic to everything" child and they did just fine. Ate a bunch myself and no negatives.

These magnesium gummies have good flavor and aren’t too gummy/chewy, more of a hard gummy. My son likes how they taste and takes them just fine, but I don’t notice any effects with his sleeping habits.

The magnesium gummies have a nice chewy texture and a good fruity flavor. I like that these are gluten free and vegan which is a must for my family. This is an easy and tasty way to get my magnesium in and I would recommend highly. Thank you!
