Gel UV – 250 ml

Love this product and have used it for years with the 50ml size lasting me about 6 months with one application a day. However, don't buy the 250ml size, they only sent me 50ml and the seller has a No Returns policy, so having failed to obtain a refund via Amazon Chat I had to make a (charged) phone call to get my money back.

I love this gel, I have been using it since I was 18 years old and its been my go-to since. Really good for oily skin as it is a gel and would recommend with a nice moisturiser for dry skin. Smells lovely and doesn't leave a white caste on the skin. You only need a pea size amount a day with this gel, so the bottle lasts forever - Great value and quality.

More of a gel cream so it makes your skin look a bit shiny. It also rubs off quite easily and as it's tinted, it stains your clothes. But it is very good for sensitive, reactive skin, I got a great tan and my skin looked amazing after a week of using it. Now use it as a daily moisturiser as I found it calms down my irritable skin.

Lovely moisturiser with 50 SPF. It has a lovely texture and a very slight tint which gives the skin a fresh look. Not greasy and absorbs into the skin so you can easily apply makeup over it. Best moisturiser I’ve tried so far.

This was recommended to me by my dermatologist when undergoing treatment for acne with Roaccutane, which makes your skin extremely sun sensitive, you have to either keep out of the sun or wear a sun cream with a very high sun protection factor. Putting this on enabled me to go on holiday in Spain in the height of summer without burning, despite at that point having been on the drug for several months so by that time my skin was extremely sun sensitive. I have continued to use it after the treatment and now would not buy anything else, I am very fair so can never go out in the sun without sun protection. It is very light on the skin and I can use it on my face and body, and it does not leave a greasy feel, or white cast like most creams of this type do. It also does not stain clothes, or make your hair greasy.

I purchased this specifically because it contains Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide. The goood: For the 200ml size, i think the price is reasonable. It applies smoothly, does not leave a white mask and is not greasy. The bad: I used this on my face and hands. Face: After some time (perhaps due to me touching my eyelids with traces of the sunscreen on?) my eyes were extremely irritated. I woke up the following morning with very red eyes and it took most of the next day for the redness and irritation to subside. I have not had this problem with any other sunscreens (which do not have Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide) which I use religiously every day. I assume the irritation could be because of these minerals present but I can't say for sure. I had to discontinue using it and go back to my old sunscreen. Hands: I coated both hands liberally with this sunscreen but despite this in just a few hours out in the sun, my hands are visibly tanned.

The 3star is because it leaves a white finish on my dark skin and has a oily/sheen finish. Not great for my already oily and acne prone skin. However, it moisturises well, so i skip moistururising as the combination would be too heavy for my face. I always have to use a primer to mattify my face and take off the sheen. Sun protection wise, its a 5star. I have used this product for over 2years now and my face is a lot better for it. However, i have recently discovered heliocare 360 gel- oil free SPF 50..and its Puurfect! G'oodbye to the sheen. Its an acne sufferer's dream.

Je trouve cette marque de crème très efficace et m'avait été recommandé par un dermato. J'ai pas pris de coup de soleil, elle s'étale plutôt bien sans graisser trop la peau ou faire un aspect bizarre comme certaines autres crèmes solaires. le seule bémol je trouve l'odeur assez désagréable mais bon.

Before I moved to Germany, I lived in Spain where my dermatologist recommended this product 8it is from Spain) to help protect my skin (I have rosacea and it is very sensitive). I used it every day and the texture is good and the skin absorbs it perfectly. The smell is light and pleasant and you can apply it before other creams or make up, no problem. No greasy residue. For me, part of my basic skin care, every day! And shipping is quick, and the price is great, and the tube lasts me several months (I only use it on my face).
