Extraordinary customer service
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was looking for a programmable drone. This one is a good beginners option. Although it could be appropriate for children, in my opinion, it definitely requires supervision from an adult with knowledge about drones, batteries safety, drone regulations in the USA, etc. Any potential buyers, please be aware that drones weighing more than 250 grams/0.55 pounds must be registered with the FAA, and the registration number must be displayed on the drone's exterior. Failure to comply with this or other FAA regulations will cause considerable fees/penalties. Although the product is great, I think some improvements are needed. Thanks Bydroid.

Big let down
Fun to put together but the programming wouldn’t make it fly. Assembly and programming are on YouTube, it doesn’t come with a hand book. Big let down for my kid. After going through all this, I bought a DJI drone and we have much more fun with that- because it actually flies! I would pass on purchasing this item!
