Item The Morton Curing Salt (Tender Quick) 2-pack arrived right on time and was packaged extremely well. Both bags were sealed inside an extra protective plastic layer, which I really appreciated. When I took them out, I could already feel that the salt inside each package was loose and fresh.I used one bag to cure venison in a corning brine, and as soon as I opened it, my first impression was confirmed—the salt was soft, loose, and very easy to measure. It worked perfectly for my recipe and dissolved just the way it should.Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable, fresh curing salt.
