Workout Sled Weight Training Sled

Definitely worth it for your younger football player. I loaded this thing up and my 12 year old was pulling and pushing it. It holds up great and carries the load well. No looseness or any movement in sled. Definitely well worth the money.

Such a cute sled!!!! We got this for my 2 year old as a Christmas present to have at our gym (we are gym owners). He loves being able to push the sled with the athletes and it’s adorable! Pros: -It is super easy to move and my son picked up really quickly how to turn it around -Weights can be added and it will hold regular sized plates -Straps can be added to allow for pulling. My son regularly pulls the sled as he walks backwards during his “workouts” -Small enough to allow for easy storing -Heavy duty material! It is well put together and seems like it is made to last!!! Cons: -The bar where the hands go to push does not move up and down. It’s pretty low and will not grow with kids as they get taller. Kind of a bummer since there is so much potential with it Despite the one con (which is big enough for me to remove a star), this sled is awesome. We are so glad we bought it and would buy another one if the need ever arises!

Easy to put together, easy to use. Issue is push bars are too low not tall enough to assist in generating momentum to push. Other Sleds the Bars that you push are taller and more ergonomically placed to allow you to push and generate necessary momentum for heavy weights. If constructed better would have been a 5.

So it's ok for my purposes, but it's smaller/lower sitting than I thought it was going to be... this is good and bad, but it's a heavy duty little buggar! LOL. So I like the design, it's compact and sits low to the ground, again good for low center of gravity. I actually got this as I want to start training my dogs to pull a sled. I have rotties, I've had some before I trained to do it and they really enjoyed it. I used to live out in the country, the kids had a blast being pulled on a sled by the dogs and they used to help me to move stuff around. It's a great way to keep them in shape, and like I said they enjoy doing anything mama praises them for doing a good job with LOL. Made of good thick alloy steel, it's just shy of 15 Lbs & this is a good weight to start them out on, they'll be able to feel it but not enough to stress them when starting out. I can add weight slowly as they get into shape. The shape of the runners is good too and shouldn't damage the grass. This is a nice black color and the small size of it means I can tuck it away on the back enclosed patio when not using it and quick/easy to pull it out for use. This seems very well made and sturdy to me. I need to get straps and harnesses yet, you could use chains or straps and carabiners to hokk onto it.
