I've actually bought this item several times because it works so well. The screen and material quality are great. We fix phones for families and friends when they are cracked. It's easy to use and great value for the money.

Good screens, it was easy to replace myself, came with all the tools needed, and the phone still works great. No problems with not being compatible or any other software or hardware issues with not working.

Despite decent customer reviews, the product really isn’t good quality at all. Two things immediately noticeable are how the screen is significantly thicker than the original apple screen and other replacements, meaning the screen will protrude over most cases, which refers them next to useless. Additionally, and this may have been advertised, but the screen is not oled meaning colors will look different from what you’re used to and the screen can’t reach a true black shade. The dynamic window at the top of the screen also looks a little funky as a result. In addition to these minor design issues, I noticed some hardware issues pretty quickly as well. The sensitivity is definitely sub par, and sometimes it will take a few taps to actually get where you want. Probably my biggest issue with the screen was how it permanently blotched out parts or the screen after only a few days of use. The touch functionality still worked, but you can’t see that section of the screen ever. The durability is also lacking, as it cracks far more easily than the original screen. I dropped it once and it completely shattered. Again, because of the elevated thickness of the screen, a phone case won’t do much. As far as ease of installation, it was just as easy as any other screen to install, so with some experience or a good YouTube video, it’ll be a breeze. For pricing, I think it costs too much considering how faulty it is. It can get the job done if you’re very careful, but it won’t withstand standard use. In my opinion, it would be better to spend a little more on something that’s better quality.

Excellent quality for the price

It was pretty easy to install and it brought the image back which is why I’m leaving three stars. However, the screen doesn’t work with Face ID. I also had to get a replacement because the touch sensor doesn’t work the first time. My replacement screen randomly darkens like I cut the brightness down, and no, it’s not like when it dims from not being used. I’m unsure as to why it has the issues it does, but I plan on buying another screen that doesn’t have the same issues. EDIT: April 1. I’m updating this as there’s been a change. Because I did still have my initial experience, I will just add this. I reached out to customer service about the issue even after the initial return date had closed. They were great about it and immediately asked me for details then sent a replacement that came in a timely manner. I’m prettt happy with the replacement for the past couple weeks and have not had any recent issues. Unless I do, I’ll be updating this to 5 stars. Thanks Simdog!

This iPhone XR replacement screen is decent. The borders are slightly thicker than the original screen, but not by much. I can tell that this display is not as clear as the original, but it's still good enough for the price. The colors are correct and the touch works fine. I had ordered one which had a minor defect with the camera lense bracket but the replacement was fine. Attached pictures show a before and after of the display. **Edit 1/4/2026 Over the past few months, it has developed a weird touch issue with the digitizer. It is now nearly unusable with dead touch areas and random touch triggers. But, I'm really surprised this cheap display lasted this long to begin with. I will likely try to find an OEM apple replacement display to not have to deal with any more display issues.

Its a really good screen for the price, true tone is still there after the replacement, its pretty sturdy, the colors look decent, they included a free screen protector also, and the packaging was super nice, also the included tools worked flawlessly. So far the screen has been great and I would recommend this to anyone that is trying to replace their screen themselves for cheap. The replacement process was super easy to do.

As stated not OLED, but I just needed a screen that isnt cracked and works. Even tho the true tone programmer is included, even after multiple times it could not be coded. When I plug in my original screen it comes up. Comes with a screen protector which is not and all the tool and instructions are clear. Would give it a 5/5 if it was sold as an LCD and not OLED as they stated.

取り付けしたものの、画面が薄ら付いているだけでほとんど見えなかった（不良品）。取り付けもしっかりしていたのに、これは残念な思いでした。ちなみにそのあと他の物を買ってつけた所しっかり画面か映りました。 もう次は買わないで、修理して貰えるところに出そうと思います。
