I've bought a few of Wolf marshall's books already, this is the usual high standard. Particularly like the way Wolf picks interesting material from Kenny Burrell's output, highlights KB's approach to composition as well as improvisation, and gives you plenty of chords to learn as well as single-note lines. Quartal harmony? Blues? all here. Personally can't play much note-for-note myself but there are a lot of great ideas that can be borrowed for and incorporated into my own playing.
