This remefy solved my sleep problem of the last 3 years. I had a problem of falling asleep after a shoulder surgery forced me to sleep on my back for several weeks (I'm a side sleeper). No remedy really helped me to have a good restoring sleep after that, regardless of position. I had to use sleeping pills once or twice a week to catch up on sleep. I had a surgery on the other shoulder over a month ago and this supplement helps me to fall asleep and have a good night sleep with only half a doze - 1 gel/500 mg. These are easy to swallow too.

These Gaba softgels are so easy to swallow. There is not aftertaste or odor either. It does help me to feel relaxed and sleep much better.

This is a must for me. For sleep and my moods! I take two a night about an hour before bed. They do not make me sleepy, just relaxed, but they've really improved my moods the next day. I also have some 5htp I will take the next day if I'm having a lot of stress or even some anger that I can't explain!

Be aware that this product contains 5HTP and Ashwagandha. 5HTP can interact with medications such as benzodiazapenes, SSRIs and similar medication. The result can be extremely dangerous. Ashwagandha can also complicate thyroid conditions such as Grave's disease. I find it it highly irresponsible that these facts are not listed prominently on the product page. I bought this product but am unable to use it due to these unnecessary additions. I will be seeking a refund.

GABA supplement has allowed me to fall asleep fast, stay asleep and if I have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it helps to go back to sleep. GABA does not have any side effects once I am awake in the morning. No tiredness once I am awake as I used to have with Melatonin.
