Firstly, the mop head is BIG and with thick strands of wool like material that sticks against velcro.The twister fuction is inefficient in rinsing all the extra water from the mop head, resulting in wattery and slippery floors. You HAVE to use your hands to wring the mop properly.Within a day of using, the entire mop head came off and reattaching it was troublesome.Also since the mop head is bulky, the mop doesn't reach under almirahs, beds and low rise furniture.Overall a very clumsy and poor quality mop for the price.Not recommended 👎🏼
