I absolutely love this! Everyone I know comes to use this even my kids!!! Good things to know The machine goes 1-100 for speed Always keep your knees bent! We decide 1-100 BASED ON WEIGHT!!! The higher you go the more intense! Love how the book is very detailed Easy storage and easy to use and understand 10/10 and I recommend this product to everyone! (So far) Machine is also set automatically to 10 minutes and when done it automatically turns off You can increase time however and decrease it to whatever you like however the book does recommend you do not go over 20 minutes/day

I love this. Like most people I saw them reviewed online. I was unsure really how well it would work. Well I have to say I'm liking it more day by day. It seems to help with some neuropathy I have in my feet. I seem to have less knee pain. How it helps with knee pain is beyond me but it does (my knee pain is not real bad, mostly bothersome but I dont want it to get worse) Also I somehow just feel better overall after using it for a couple months. I wanted to wait to review it till I gave it some time and I must say it really like it. Again its hard to say exactly what is better, but I can just say overall I feel better using it (and its so easy to use - I do 10 to 15 min each day). I'm 65, btw and in pretty good health. Its a great price and the machine is well made.

Best investment for home gym. Easy to use and seen visible results. Use for lymphatic drainage and daily health. the remote control is awesome and makes adjusting speed easy.

Very fast even on the slowest setting. Not sure about fun to use, it is easy and helpful with my lymphatic drainage. The work out is great I can feel it all over my body. The product seems to be well built, except for the remote control. If remote worked I would have given 5 stars

My husband loves this i bought it for his hip pain. He has an uneven hip. He says it helps tremendously. It has so many different speeds. It's very versatile to help get to where ever the pain is located. He definitely said he could feel improvement in his hip and leg not hurting. He also was telling me how his side felt loose and not so stiff. Definitely a great machine my husband is heavy set and it held him nicely. His feet stayed firm and planted the entire time. This was a great investment and Christmas present for sure.

I have been using this product for about 2 months. It has been great, so far. I feel like I get a decent workout and I feel really good afterwards. I am using it 2-3 times a day, for 10-15 minutes each time. I would recommend this product for price and durability. I do tai chi moves with my arms, and I do it while watching tv, so the time goes by really fast.

I am so impressed by the durability of this vibration plate! I weigh 360lbs and it has no issues holding my weight. The slip resistance is phenomenal and keeps you in place while using. I really love how easy and fun this is to use and I have seen much important in my lymphatic drainage!! Would highly recommend!

No me gusta , en el nivel más bajo es terrible como vibra ... La he usado solo una vez , te destroza las rodillas. No la recomiendo ; una mala opción de compra .
