Needed an upgrade from the SteelSeries Arctis 7P+, and got this. Overall better quality, more bass in the audio and more clear. Voice is nice and crispy clean and catches everything! 3d surround audio is great. Comfort is good, the headband can be changed to comfort and preference. LOVING THE DESIGN AND STYLE (fav color is red and fav mythical creature is a dragon, this is a plus for me!). Really like the idea of swappable side panels for a more personalized headphone. This headphone is worth spending a couple more bucks! SteelSeries for life!

Great battery life it could last me a few days without having to charge it, and the sound is amazing. Best headset I’ve ever had.

I bought these for my PS5 and a pretty good upgrade from the PS headphone in terms of comfort. The ear cushions are extremely comfortable and the head band doesn’t cause fatigue. They really would pair nicely with a PC for all the features it has to offer, but I do not game on PC so they work for what I need.

I've never written an amazon review for a product but wanted to let people know to keep away from these. I guess steelseries got bought out by HyperX at some point (which I was unaware of). I was super excited to get a world of warcraft themed headset, of course.These ended up breaking and my friend who purchased a pair had a similar problem. You use them for about 2 months or so and they end up having some bluetooth connection issues (no real biggie with that), until one day you go to turn them off and back on again and you hear static only through the right headphone. Then you completely lose the ability to hear anything at all. Better off going with another option.

Great headphones! They charge quickly and hold the charge for a long time. My only complaint is that the microphone is a little hard to get out of the ear as it is flush with the surface. Very sleek design! Not the most comfortable, but not the least.

I didn’t want to mess with Bluetooth so I like this model because it is 100% consistent. If the battery runs out I can plug them in and keep playing no worries. I’ve always been happy with steel series. The last pair (Arctis 5) are still working beautifully after about 5+ years of HEAVY use. Honestly, the only reason I bought this new pair was because my son gets so dang sweaty jumping around playing PvZ it’s become too gross sharing a headset with him so, “THIS is mom’s headset!!” Note: the introduction of these new Magnetic swappable decorative plates seems like an unnecessary feature to me….and the extra set you get here, are really just two more tiny little things that i have to keep track of but remember; that’s just the opinion of a GamerMom. Still give these full stars (sound quality is fantastic! Overall this headset is Noticeably better than the arctis 5….better mic and better sound quality- probably should have mentioned that first😜)

Love these headphones. Only downside is the usb dongle has to be plugged into your pc...they don't run on bluetooth for your pc. Seems like bluetooth only works on my phone . The software that comes with it is very easy to use and customize as well...they had presets for almost any game you can think of.
