Bought this for myself. Keep next to the kitchen sink. Pump action is useful. Works very well keeping hands and cuticles soft. This is a lotion (creams are a thicker consistency) which makes it a lighter consistency than the O’Keefes tubs I buy for the men in the family. I have lots of hand creams/lotions around this seems to be the best so far for my sensitive skin.

Brilliant stuff. Leaves hands feeling moisturised and clean after using. I have this on a repeat order (as I believe it is no longer being made), so I wanted to make sure that I could get it for as long as possible. Pleasant scent, not over perfumed.

I've used alot of hand cream but this I use all over it's a great product works wonders

Keeps my dry feet less itchy and well moisturised. Also non greasy so I don’t feel like I’m sliding inside my sheets or getting my sheets greasy.

This working hands cream is the perfect cream for eczema from overwashing and sensitive skin. It's an easy dispenser, since it has a pump. So it's easy to get the cream out. It can sting a little bit, but not as much as other cream brands usually do. However, the sign of stinging means that this cream is healing your hands and doing its job correctly.

I feel this is very expensive but it is the only hand cream that works for my daughters eczema has. So ultimately it is worth the price.

This isnt a scaled up version of the o'keefes hand cream/moisturiser and in my opinion isn't anywhere near as effective. The size is good, however given that it doesn't do the same for general skin care and the intended purpose as the moisturiser does, its potentially not wven cost effective. You end up using more to get the same result. This does smell fine and does do the job to a degree, so if you were looking for a body lotion this would probably be fine, but if you are looking for a hand moisturiser i'd stick with the original. This is watery and not very thick, it also doesn't really absorb very well. Overall, I'd recommend sticking to the smaller proper stuff if you are looking for hand moisturiser only.
