Q: can this be used to ground a bed, as in earthing? Also, does it block wifi and radiation from a laptop?

I'm not sure it if will grond a bed, but a double layer does block radiation from a router, laptop and cell phone. hope this helps.

Yes the cloth does have nickel content. I do not know the percentage of copper it seems to be mostly copper. Nice quality, easy to work with.

Q: Can I use this to cover a generator?

As long as you leave enough space for air cooling the engine.
